Rolamere: KINGS names is Andarius Roland. GENERALS name is Tarmax. COUNCIL: Parnap, Regrif, Ovana.
KINGS SON: Andar Roland KINGS COUSIN: Waltin Roland (half gnome half human).
Also know as the “The flying citadel,” Rolamere is located near the middle of a giant freshwater lake. Famously, the actual city of Rolamere floats above the water and when seen from afar the underbelly of the city still seems to have a dirt foundation. This foundation serves as giant bed of soil where trees and vegetation grows from the sides and form a canopy of hanging garden of roots, flowers, and plants.
Rolamere is an ancient city built in the middle of a lake by a family of powerful wizards. The wizards made a deal with the sea dragons of the lake, an abyssal tear formed at the bottom of the lake and the dragons asked the family of wizards to help seal the tear. The wizards constructed an artifact that levitated the city about 50 to 100ft above the lake and also sealed the tear, the levitation was more of an unforseen side effect of the sealing of the tear(the exact height fluctuates). There was an island in the center of the lake and much of land that the city was built on was also magically levitated. Vegetation still grows on the land and when the city is afloat you can see a jungle of roots and plants growing down from the ground attached to the bottom of the city. Now the city is in the lake and the only thing holding it up is the land that once formed an island in the middle of the lake. The whole seems is tilted the east wing of the city is sinking into the lake faster than the west so the city looks somewhat lopsided.

Hyportia: Hyportia is the Capitol city of the Rasgardian continent. It is the most populous city in the region. Hyportia also sports the biggest port, and navy in all of Aeiun.

Vanderporte: Vanderporte is a small port city on the North end of Rasgard. Although it is small, most of its population are fisherman and they are one of the most lucrative fishing villages on Rasgard. They are famous through Aeiun for having the best tasting fish and sea food. What they dont know is the there is a rift to the elemental plane of water 9its a small rift and only small fish can get through). This part of the elemental plane has the most pure and clear waters in all the universe, however there is no land for millions of miles around this part of the elemental plane. So, the fish at the plane come over through the rift to lay eggs on land. Its these fish that taste so good (they live in pure and clean water).

Tal’ Rasha’s Desert: Many years ago the Roland family (gnomish wizards that rule Rolamere), had a very tight truce with a family of spellcasters named the Tal Rashas. They built massive fortresses and cities in and under the desert. However, what they did not anticipate was the resistance that the sand people originally of the desert would give. Underestimated their foes the wizards were ill prepared for the assaults that the sand people would carry out. They prayed to their God and an ancient beast awoke from its slumber to devastate the wizards (it was a tarrasque). In the last days of battle the Rolandian mages fled to what is now know as the Rolamere area. They left the Tal Rashian mages to fend of the Tarrasque themselves. With the help of the tarrasque the sand people where able to defeat the Tal Rashian mages. All that is left of their once great society are ruins now know as the Tombs of Tal Rasha. The sand people stay away from the tombs considering them a stain on the land and fearful that the tarraque may once again rise if the cities become inhabited.

Loenn: Loenn is a thorp in a relatively inaccessible part of the Rasgardian continent. In days past this small village used to be the location of a holy temple in honor of Vvax Tarsis (the devil’s Queen). Long ago a leader of this temple got too powerful and challenged Hyportia for control. A group of adventurers fighting in the name of Hyportia defeated the queen of Loenn in her own temple and buried and sealed the temple inside feet of rock. Not all villagers left he town. Some stayed and developed a life and a small town on top of the old temple. Years later the town started mine the mineral rich ground around their town. A group of miners found the ancient temple sealed away by the adventurers. Drawn by its mystery the leader of Loenn begomes obsessed with this crypt. Eventually he was corrupted by the ghost of the ancient queen. The queen converted the leader to following the devil Queen Vvax. She gave the leader of Loenn youth again, after the leader faked his own death. He then arrived posing as his own son. He took control of the town and started subjugating the villagers to long hours mining. He wants to mine around the crypt and hopefully find a door or way to open it.
